EHDC planners recommend acceptance of Lowsley Farm planning application

A report has just been posted on the EHDC planning portal in which the planning officer recommends that the planning committee (to be held on 3rd May) should grant outline approval to the developers proposal to build 155 new houses on the Lowsley Farm site.
This approval will also allow construction of the new roundabout in a potentially dangerous position at the bottom of a hill near Griggs Green.
