Wheelie Bin Swap?!

I have an a elderly relative who can no longer manage the usual sized wheelie bins and now that she is on her own, doesn't need them.
She has made a few calls and got a few different answers (!) but it seems likely she cannot have the bins replaced unless she wants to pay out for new ones.
Just a thought, but does anyone have the smaller sized bins that they would like to swap for the standard size?
