Live Music in Liphook - Ben Lawrance (17th May 2006 - 11:59:13) Hi All, On Sunday 28th May were having more LIVE MUSIC at the Royal Anchor. Playing for us will be "BENEATH THE COVERS" A band featuiring local Pop Idol Glen Harvey. Music starts at 8.30pm. Free Entry to All

As a term and condition of the entertainments license held by the establishment, all muisc will stop at 10.30pm (due to a sunday, usually 11pm) and that all windows and doors will remain closed during the event (obviously excpet when people come in and out) I hope that this is to everyone satisfaction.

For the record, I objected to the noise last year, however have enjoyed live music at The Anchor on a number of occasions before (any danger of the Bogus Blues Brothers putting in another appearance?)
