Petrol - advise of stations out of fuel

Would it be a good idea to use this site to advise others of stations out of fuel, so we don't waste time trawling round looking?
I believe Sainsbury's is out of diesel, but has 4-star. Would appreciate if anyone knows of a local station with diesel and 4-star.
