Headley Road Crossing

Possibly I'm mistaken but I was under the impression a Zebra crossing was planned for March to ease the dice with death one takes whilst trying to cross with the children in the morning..
Hmmm maybe I should just start taking the car instead !!

A pedestrian crossing near the junction of The Avenue and Headley Road is something we've wanted for a long time - and it's going to happen!

I'm chasing Hampshire County Council this morning and will advise as soon as I have a reply.

And the latest news from HCC: they will be starting the work during the summer - probably about the time the schools close for the holiday. They apologise for delay, but are now giving it attention.
