accredited upholsterer needed

Hi
Does anybody know an accredited upholsterer ?
In a dispute with Argos over a faulty sofa bed and they need it to be inspected at my expense (some cheap plastic brackets have snapped) even though I have sent them clear photographs of the brackets AND they have had to replace them before !
Any contacts would be appreciated.
