Guitar wanted

My granddaughter is 14yrs and wants to teach herself ( she cannot afford lessons) to play the guitar. At the moment she is using a borrowed one but I just wondered if any one has a guitar hidden in a cupboard or under the bed that they would like to find a new home for.

Hi Irene,
I do have a guitar in the loft that has been in bubble-wrap for many years. I'll get it out today and see if it's in a fit state. I'll let you know later today (Sunday).
If your grand-daughter has access to the Internet there are masses of sites for learning the guitar; let me know if you want me to hunt some out for her.
