Worktop restoration

Does anybody know of anyone who could restore some rather tired looking oak kitchen worktops. I am hoping they just need re sanding and oiling.

I can help with this used to do this at a kitchen and bedroom company I worked ,have fitted new tops recently i have pictures somewhere.
