Caretaker vacancy - Editor (1st Mar 2012 - 15:10:49) VACANCY – CARETAKER AT LIPHOOK MILLENNIUM CENTRE Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council invite applications for the position of Caretaker at the Liphook Millennium Centre in Liphook. The Council are looking for a proactive and well organised person who can run the facilities at the Liphook Millennium Centre. The administration of all the facilities, supervising cleaning and inspections and some maintenance & repair. Applicants will be responsible for setting up audio-visual and lighting equipment in the Centre as well as setting out furniture and equipment. Driving licence and local residence would be preferable. The post covers 20 hours per week operated as required to cover bookings at the centre. Normal hours will be 8.30 to 12.30 Monday to Friday. An hourly rate of £8.28 is payable. Some additional hours will be needed outside office hours and at weekends. Annual paid holiday pro-rata, and all public and bank holidays included.
