I have a lovely, sunny, spacious room to let with en-suit for £400 per month, to include utilities.
Centre of Liphook.
Parking space available too.

Hi there,
If this room is available in September I have two friends (spanish) who want to come and stay in uk for a few months to learn English. Would you consider renting the room to two lads?
They are clean, respectful and professional.
