We're looking to let our pretty, one bedroomed, south facing, ground floor flat in the centre of Liphook. £500 pcm inclusive of the service charge which covers Water Rates, Building Insurance, Window Cleaner, Garden Maintenance, Warden and Alarm Call System. Age 55+ - sorry no pets - non-smokers
