Liphook Live '03 - Ben Lawrance (31st Jul 2003 - 23:37:42) As i browsed through the paper today, i saw the article about Liphook Live'03. I think it is a great idea (not just cause i'm a tech) but why should Grayshott out do Liphook. I say give it the go ahead and let's show other villages / towns what we are made of. Just out of interest, does any one know who is providing lighting / sound for the event, if it happens. I would like to get involved if i can (if it goes ahead) as i am a tech, and would love to help such a good cause.

Re: Liphook Live '03 - Freddie Dawkins (7th Aug 2003 - 14:12:32) Ben - The organiser has decided that September date would be difficult for Parish Council to approve - just not enough time to get all the necessary paperwork completed. So, proposal is to move the event to Spring 2004. I do know that some interesting live bands have been contacted, along with some of the top London and South Coast djs. Hopefully it will go ahead and prove a great success. Freddie Dawkins Parish Councillor
