Chemist Car Park - Richard (1st Nov 2025 19:02:48)
Little while ago I overheard a person that works in the chemist talking to someone about getting the potholes in the carpark fixed.
This work has now been done, so the Chemist car park is now lovely and flat
However... Two big signs have also appeared for Kelway Law - there is no direct access to Kelway Law from that car park and hopefully the Chemist will stop Kelway Law customers traipsing through the chemist
Which leads to the only logical conclusion - are Kelway Law tying to steal the car park? And I'd like to see them try to stop people parking there for the chemist.
That car park is the easiest accessible point for elderly and disabled customers of the chemist.

Hi. This car park is owned by Kelway Law but the chemist has two parking spaces in their lease from Kelway Law.
The chemist spaces are immediately on the left and right as you go into the car park.
This is hopefully made clearer by the signage.

So before it was two separate units and it was the shop Circle K/Alldays, that had an exit out the back where the car park is now - I know it did, I used to work there
But when it became two separate units - one of which does not have acces to the car park directly, suddenly the one without a back door, gets the car park.
Can anyone else smell bull manure? I mean what has more need, the chemist or one of the many Liphook estate agents ?

Go on land registry, you will see that Kelway Law do indeed own the car park! I suspect they also paid for the pot hole repairs as well?

This thread is a classic example of people getting enraged before knowing all the facts! :-D
