Looking for a gentle way to move, breathe and feel more at ease in your body? My Liphook Chair Yoga class is a quiet, nurturing space where you can stretch, strengthen, and relax – all with the support of a chair. Perfect if you’d like to:

Ease stiffness or aches
Relax your mind and body
No experience needed – just come as you are, breathe, and enjoy a little time for you.
