The regime turned a blind eye to the gang rape of English school girls in working class areas for decades and actively covered them up. It was only a matter of time before the collapse in law-and-order hit the streets of Liphook.

Hi,
I have seen this sign for months around our village.
This ex-convict is probably long gone from Liphook, as he is known.
These predictors have no right in our open society, and should be detained for a long time.

Sally has made a valid point, let's not gloss over it.
We are set to have more horrific cases and so long as under current regime, more attempts to cover-up, detract and squash from record / public awareness.
An unpleasant topic that's all-too-often being muffled and sidestepped.
It's not just sex crime, it all other forms of crime and abuse of our public order, community spirit, tolerance and abuse of public resources.
I have not seen the notices. Where are they and who is responsible for the publicising?

Given how a particular broadcasting company turned a blind eye to the activities of Jimmy Saville, Gary Glitter, Rolf Harris, Stuart Hall and god knows how many more for decades, it makes you wonder if the police were TOLD to turn a blind eye over the schoolgirl rapes.

According to some reports now, policemen were also some of the perpetrators? Maybe that is why proper inquiries have not taken place. Apparently local councillors too, knew about it and did nothing. It is very difficult for rape victims to be taken seriously and young girls mostly in care homes were treated as prostitutes instead of victims.
