SWEARING ON NEWTOWN ROAD

Once again (this happened a week ago as well), to the kid on Newtown Road that is continually swearing and being loud, please tell your kid to keep the noise down, it is 23:00 for crying out loud!
It’s so disrespectful for the neighbourhood community, do you have any respect!? If you want to have a word with me I live at 29 Newtown Road.
