A3 tunnel this weekend closed for maintenance

Hi,
Worth checking out, North or Southbound, on the Hindhead tunnel this weekend if travelling.

In addition the A3 is closed both directions at the M25 all weekend.

According to National Highways 'Latest Briefing' work started and finished in March / April 2025.
I have just used the tunnel both ways and can se no preparations or signs indicating impending work.

Can't find any links to tunnel closure at all.
From the Liphook Herald website(July14th) it indicates nightwork as follows:
• A3, from 9pm July 18 to 6am July 19, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for barrier work.
The A3 from J10 m25 to A245 Painshill roundabout is closed both directions, from 9pm tonight (July 18), until 6am on Monday (July 21).
Diversions in place unless your familiar with some of the back roads.

For the first time ever for me I went through the tunnel in a contra flow last Wednesday night.
It was good to see and how any maintenance to the tunnels should be carried out.
