On Wednesday morning, around 8.30, whilst out walking the dog (toy poodle) I tripped on the paving by the side of Sainsburys (the "delivery" end of the store)..... a heart felt THANK YOU to the teacher (on his way to school) who stopped to check I was OK.
Knees were a bit sore for a couple of days but now well on the mend - again thank you.
