Folly Pond - Alan (16th Feb 2012 - 17:21:31) I was interested in knowing who owns Folly Pond? Is it publicly-owned and can it be used for boating/fishing etc?

I have been given an old one and I just need to find out if it is going to sink before embarking on a more adventurous outing!
