Picnic on the Green, Sunday 11th May, 11.30am - 4pm
- Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council (10th May 2025  17:50:15)

This time tomorrow our VE Day picnic on The Green will be kicking off with the amazing Stephanie Belle and Liphook Junior School choir. Later on your can see dance troupes from Planet Dance, and hear local lad Archie on the saxophone.

The children can also be entertained with 2 Punch and Judy shows AND Magician David Major.

We have plenty of stalls - some offering free activities, some raising funds for good causes, and some selling home made products.

We also have a bouncy castle and soft play in the main hall, whilst outside there are bungee trampolines, a mini shooting range, garden games and beat the goalie.

Come for half an hour or stay all day - we have a great selection of food and drink available from burgers with the scouts, cakes from the guides, the LMC bar, crepes, churros and slushies from S and K leisure.

The weather is looking amazing…good job we have Dylan’s Ice cream there to help us cool off!

There’s also the opportunity to meet some of the local Parish Councillors who are happy to chat with you about all things Liphook and Bramshott.

Join the British Legion at 12:45pm for a 1 minute silence

There really is something for everyone!

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

PS for anyone who doesn't know, the green is behind the Millennium Centre which is opposite Sainsbury's

For the first time for a very long time we managed to sit and watch all the going’s on . A treat to see so many happy people enjoying themselves children playing and joining in . Great entertainment from all the participants. We remember the days of the fetes in the recreation ground in the late forties early fifties great village get togethers . So good to see something similar coming back to liphook it brings people together long my it last . Hopefully our famous carnival will get the same inspiration. So well done the Parish council and all the volunteers.
