Anyone have an idea what might be occurring ~ hopefully if under new ownership they might kindly re decorate the exterior ~ bit of an eyesore as is , and not complementary to the fantastic work of LIB

Hi,
I hear through the grapevine the previous owners had numerous occupants in just in couple of bedrooms.
They all had to leave in rush, on dubious national status.
