A shout out to the lovely lady called Lorraine who works in Sainsbury’s. She’s always so smiley and helpful and takes time for a quick chat. If anyone knows her, please do let her know that she brightens up our shopping trips!

Hi,
High regard for customer service from Lorraine.
Since have been serving, I believe, when the Sainsbury store opened in 1998 in Liphook.
