Does anyone know when headley road is closed.i drive past but can't seem to catch the date and is it closed between a certain time thankyou

There appear to be two closures that this post could be referring to.
1. The Headley Road pavement closure for ten days starting on the 17th February, and running from 08:00 to 16:30.
2. Closure of the road between Passfield and Lindford, also on the 17th February, for one day. I passed the sign yesterday evening in the rain and after dark, and think the times are 10:00 to 16:00.
