Activities for a widower
- Sally (1st Feb 2012 - 14:44:53)
I'm wondering what activities go on locally for my father, a fairly active octogenarian who is now on his own? Possibly some voluntary work or regular social events for those in similar situations. I have noted the U3A.
Would be helpful to know how often such events occur and which days!
thank you

Pick up a copy of the Village Magazine from the Parish Office.
You will find that there an astounding number of groups and organisations in the village some of which may be of interest to your father.
Good luck
