Employment Oppertunity - Charlotte (23rd Jan 2012 - 21:26:51) Senior Support Worker required for small CQC registered home care company (community care) based in Milford near Godalming. Permanent contract available 35 - 40 hours a week (part time / job share may be considered). £8.00 per hour during the week, £9.00 at weekend’s additional weekly mileage allowance and paid holiday. The ideal candidate will be: - Experienced in care work. Ideally having worked in a senior / supervisory role - Experienced in working with older people - Willing to work on a shift / rota basis, including a share of weekend work - Reliable and motivated - Willing to attend training sessions - Dedicated to providing attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile for our customers - Willing to train and supervise other members of the team - A car driver with use of a car - Able to access and respond to emails - Able to communicate confidently - Able to work alone and as part of a team Real opportunities exist for career development and progression.
