Why not try yoga?
- Melinda Cooper (20th Jan 2012 - 16:06:09)
I'm starting an evening yoga class at Liphook Village Hall on Thursdays at 7.15pm. It's only a fiver for the hour. Why not try it? Everyone is welcome to drop in. My ad is in the business online directory if you'd like to contact me to ask any questions. Hope to see you on Thursday!

Sounds good.
What do we need to bring (besides the fiver!)?

Just a yoga mat and maybe a warm jumper or blanket for the relaxation. I haven't used this hall so I'm not sure how warm it will be.

Do you do a daytime class? I need something while the kids are at school and would love to find a local yoga class!

Watch this space. I'm starting a class at Liphook Village Hall at 10.30am on Tuesdays from the 21st of February. I'll announce it officially closer to the date. We can only have the hall 3 out of 4 Tuesdays but I have a few people who want to do the daytime so that's the plan at the moment.

Hi. It's Hatha Yoga - which means it's a general yoga class which includes breathing, balancing, twists and varying postures for flexibility. I take it from easy to more challenging and you can go as far as you're comfortable. The most important thing is that you listen to your own body and go as far as it allows So it allows for all ages, genders and fitness levels.
It's important to add that it's in the Village Hall - as opposed to the Millennium Hall. It's on Headley Road just behind the Chondona Indian restaurant.
If you have any more questions, please ask.
I hope to see you(?) and your daughter tomorrow night.

Are your yoga sessions running currently? My wife and I would be interested in attending possibly.

Hi Andy. Sorry I'm getting back this late. I've just noticed this. Yes, I'm still running the class but it's on Thursday evening at 7.00pm at Liphook Village Hall now. Please let me know if you have any other queries. My details are in the business section. Melinda
