Babysitting/dog walking

Do you need a babysitter or a dog walker, my daughter us 18 reliable
And has experience with children and animals ( some would say there's not much difference!!!) references for babysitting would be available and likewise dogwalking if requested she is a local girl and has lived in Liphook all her life.
