Gardeners interested in hostas and exotic planting

Hi Everyone
Just to let you know the horticultural society's speaker tomorrow night, Thursday, is John Baker. His talk is on "Heavenly Hostas" and promises to be a real treat
.
John's garden is in Lindford and was featured on BBC Gardeners World TV last year and has been covered in the RHS magazine.
I managed to visit it last year and must say it was stunning, as well as hostas there were bananas, a stream, ferns etc etc.
John also may share his secret on dealing with slugs!!!
Members are free and guests are very welcome at £3. There will be refreshments and a raffle. Hope to see you at The Church Centre at 7.45pm for an excellent talk and slide show.
