Bakery closed for holidays

Thought bakery closed for a fortnight in the summer, appears to be closed again - any idea when it will open again? I noticed the blinds down when I was passing.

Hi,
It does normally close for staff holidays between Christmas, and including New year.
Should open Tuesday 3rd Jan.
