my good food guide!

Although we do have some lovely places locally, last evening I had a good meal further afield, and because the owner is new not many people are trying the food yet. It is a french chef who now owns the Hollist Arms near Midhurst, they have a website and most desserts are homemade there is a good value Christmas menu which includes goose. If you do not like garlic though, that is obviously used! He is from the south west coast region of France so there is a lot of good fish on the menu. It is a nice pub too!
