Antique furniture restorer

Can anyone recommend someone in the area who can sympathetically restore a piece of antique furniture?

Thought I might try again with this one as the Talkback audience seems to be growing. Does anyone have any recommendations for a restorer?

You could talk to a Mr Hall works operates from behind Hilliers Garden Centre - his firm his called The Chair Man - if he cannot help you he may be able to advise you of someone who can.

If you haven't found anyone yet then I can recommend Mr Gilson Chapple, he lives in Fernhurst and his tel no is 01428 651504. He has successfully restored several pieces for us.
