Driving at this time of year

Can I ask why so many muppets still think its acceptable to drive in poor visibility with no lights or just side lights in the fog, mist or dark? I have seen several near misses and witnessed a nasty accident on the A3 Liss roundabout this morning due to no lights and travelling way to fast.
Please people slow down, light up and take it easy.
Better to be 5 mins late in this world than 50 years to early in the next.

Yes, and check lights are working before you set out once in a while by asking someone to walk round your vehicle for you whilst you try them all out!
Cyclists too, please check your lights are working and wear something hi-viz!
