New hotel

Does anyone have the case details for the below? It talks about 1 acre but it is hard to see that 1 acre is enough to cater for "Planning permission for a two storey 40 room hotel, together with a 3,000 sq.ft fast food outlet, 65 parking spaces, situated on the southbound carriageway of the A3 at Liphook".
