My concerns about what is going on. - Phelim McIntyre (14th Oct 2011 - 13:35:31) Last Tuesday I met with Eve Hope to discuss the Olympics (see another thread) and my concerns about what is happening. Many of, though not all, my concerns have been dealt with. There was somethings shared on both sides that can not be made public, but I can say that I am happier with how things are being done. I am still concerned that Counsellors Jerrard and Hoskins are on the working party as Jerrard has been proclaiming Mr Groves' guilt from the time of his campaign while Ms Hoskins had her evidence against Mr Groves thrown out by EHDC and their presence makes the working party appear to be a vendetta. I would prefer a fully outside investigation but, my lesser concerns aside, believe things are being done as well can be in the circumstances.

Firstly I am married so am a Mrs not a Ms. Secondly, if you are aware of any investigation that has taken place by any party in which evidence was taken by any party in regards to the behaviour of Mr Groves I would be very grateful if you could send it to the council or inform us of it’s possible whereabouts. As of yet, we are unable to find any such thing and we are being very thorough. However, you seem to have some knowledge of this investigation as you say I have given evidence in it, so if you would be so kind as to let us know where it is that would be very helpful indeed. We do already have the investigation against Cllr Evans, but of course that only looked into Cllr Evans behaviour and nothing else. Your kind assistance is much appreciated.
