Bannannas

Went into Sainsburys yesterday to buy some bananas.
They haven't changed, loads of bright green fruit, certainly not edible.
Why cannot they realise that some people like to buy ready to eat produce.

Just buy them in advance and ripen them at home. This weather bananas go rotten very quickly the supermarkets do not want to have to throw over ripe bananas away. Why not ask the staff if they can keep a ripe bunch especially for you to collect ?
