CO-OP STAFF - Local me (15th May 2023 - 17:40:44) I recall a while back people moaning about the Co-op staff. I don't mean to open that up again but hopefully you've all noticed a change, I pop in occasionally from time to time, often on a Sunday evening and over the years I've never personally found the staff anything but polite and welcoming, especially the checkout staff whose attitudes without exception I would recommend, in particular in recent times the young lady who serves till (sorry I have no idea of her name and am not looking to publish it anyway on a public site) and without fail I've noticed she wishes everybody a lovely evening and a smile. They are all a credit to the Co-op and our town, if you've had a different experience, I cannot imagine why, but the problem doesn't seem to be with these staff!

Re: CO-OP STAFF - Liphookean (19th May 2023 - 13:32:28) Well done Local-me for acknowledging the fact. It is so easy to moan and too easy to forget to praise great behaviours. You are right, in recent visits the Co-op have been exceptionally friendly and helpful it is a delight.
