Espresso machine - advice on servicing - Local Resident (8th May 2023 - 23:02:24) Hello folks I have inherited quite a fancy De Longhi coffee maker. I am trying to find someone to repair/ service it. The internet is not massively helpful. Any suggestions in our area? Thanks

Re: Espresso machine - advice on servicing - SG (11th May 2023 - 10:50:14) Hi, We had the same problem with our De Longhi coffee machine and ended up sending it back to De Longhi. They were excellent. Superb Customer services, which makes a change nowadays! They collected the machine and diagnosed the problem before quoting us for the repair; (at which point you can decide to proceed with the quoted repair or have it returned for a total charge of just £15) We decided to get it repaired , which cost £70 + VAT but was worth it ! Hope that helps
