Carnival Night London Road Closure - James (6th Oct 2011 - 20:04:17) Hello, Does anybody know what time the London Road is being closed south of Station Road on Carnival night?

Re: Carnival Night London Road Closure - Karen Feeney (6th Oct 2011 - 20:46:16) Hi James I can confirm that all roads on the procession route and The Square will be closed from 6pm on Carnival night. Longmoor Road closes from 2pm. All roads will be open again by 9pm with the exception of London Road which remains closed until 10pm. If you are on the Carnival route, you will receive a letter in the next couple of weeks with all the details. Plus local press carry all the details as well as this website. Hope this helps. But we do aim to open all the roads as quickly as we can to help the traffic get flowing again.But Sudha is right, it is a great place to watch! Karen
