Is Liphook village becoming a vibrant place for retail? - Paul (24th Apr 2023 - 14:10:22) Hi, I see on London Road building is well advanced for new flats, and ground floor retail premises, opposite the Green Dragon pub. Will this bring new foot-fall into the Square to help other businesses locally? Liphook needs new enterprises, will this happen?

Re: Is Liphook village becoming a vibrant place for retail? - Local (25th Apr 2023 - 18:31:31) Parking is the biggest problem if we could get all the through traffic away from the square then we could have on street parking as Haslemere has and other towns and villages. We used to have on street parking even when the A 3 came through. So it’s down to our lovely councillors to make it happen with ring roads?? . Don’t hold your breath.
