Solid Oak Table and Chairs for Sale

I thought I'd post on here to see if anyone local is interested in buying my table and chairs before I mess around with ebay!
I have for sale a solid oak extendable dining table with eight oak and brown leather chairs. The table has leaves that extend either side to seat 10 people.
This set is only 18 month's old, but I've decided its a little too big for my dining room, as I'd like to put some new furniture in too.
The chairs have hardly been sat upon. The table has a very slight discolouring to it due to the sunlight, but is still in superb condition.
