George Ayling in Station Road is an expert clock repairer, but I'm not sure if he also works on watches. He does stock watch batteries, so may also handle repairs on them.

I have used J Allnut & Son, West Street, Midhurst GU29 9NQ 01730 813495
They have a resident watch repairer on site.
