Couch to 5k

Couch to 5k Group Starting in March in Liphook
Having ran a number of successful Couch to 5k ( C25K ) courses over the last 7 years I will be starting another 10 week course on March 6th
The cost of the course is £50.

With two weeks to go, I’ve still places available if anyone is interested and looking for a challenge of running 5k in 10 weeks.

What times & dates are the sessions & upon what surface will you be running on?

Thanks for showing an interest in the next course.
The course will be Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm
In Liphook running on tarmac.
