EHDC Bin Collection email

Three consecutive days of an email saying they were unable to complete collections in our area.
Shambolic doesn't even start to describe this, OK obviously bigger problems in the world, but I would rather divert my tax to those issues, than a council only capable of repetitive drivel. Who ever is in charge should be sacked.
