JUST DANCE with TJ
A Dance exercise class just for you at 6.30pm THURSDAYS.
No booking just turn up!

This class offers you a relaxed social movement to music class where you follow my moves to the best of your ability, dancing to many different genres of music and having fun, singing along is optional but welcome.
Did you know that dancing releases endorphins that make you feel happy, it also improves coordination and helps keep the brain active. Bring your friends and make it feel like a party.
Its £5 on the door, bring a drink and Comfy shoes like trainers are recommended.
We look forward to welcoming you to the class. See you there!
