New hum?

Anyone else aware of a new nighttime hum east of the railway? Around 3am every night for the past 2 or 3 weeks?

I asked a similar question around Christmas, only hear it when it is quiet. The constant drumming of rain has cured it for the time being. Appeared to be coming from little industrial complex behind shops in Station Road.
I don’t like wandering about on my own in the dark, so haven’t investigated further.
Most people accustomed to loud music in ear buds probably have sufficiently impaired eardrums to notice! 😂
