I have upgraded my gym, so I have a pristine condition weight exercise bench for sale £40 negotiable.
Bench colour red, black steel frame works.
Completely foldable!
Adjustable.
Has barbell weight holding top area for your weights.
Exercises I have being using the bench as below;
Seated Twists
Dumbbell Flyes
Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Decline Bench Press
Dumbbell Pullover
Raised Leg Crunch
One Arm Dumbbell Row
