Arch doorway - help needed

I have an archway leading to the en-suite shower room, and I would like a door there. What are my options? Have a door & architrave made to measure? Or maybe some cupboard doors attached to the wall? Or knock the whole arch out and re-plaster a rectangluar hole!!!
Has anyone else solved this problem? I did have curtains hanging up - but they've just fallen down!
