The Avenue-Carnival night

It appears that the road works and barriers in the Avenue have not been removed in time for Carnival, this could be a problem!

Also not going to help that so many people have decided to park in the Avenue this evening. Residents moved their cars as requested and visitors came and took advantage??? Marshals?????
