Toilet seat

Hi I have a Villeroy and Boch toilet seat that is loose, the fittings to tighten are underneath the pan and as much as I’ve tried I cannot get them to tighten. Does anyone know of a local plumber/ handyman that can help me out. Thanks

Having such a posh toilet seat cover, does your Butler not know how to fix the problem?
