Trains on Sunday

Just so people know there are no trains on Sunday 4 Sep between Guildford and Haslemere.
There is a bus replacement service, lets hope they have drivers who know where there going, i was on one once that ended up at the end of a dead end road, the driver was lost, and i was the only passenger.
Also there is another strike on the 15 and 17 September and there will be no trains.
Why don't the rail works be done on strike days when there are no trains running.
